Write a review and recieve a 10% Discount!
To be eligible for a 10% discount on your order just write a review about any of the products we sell, and we will issue you a discount code via email. You don’t even have to be a Freakfish customer, it doesn’t matter where you bought your products. If you have purchased from us you can also include a review about the service you have recieved from us.
Our aim is to encourage a sense of community amongst Freakfish customers, sharing views on products to help each other make better buying choices. We also would like your feedback about the service we supply, it doesn’t matter if the feedback is good or bad we would like to hear your point of view.
We can then use the reviews to make a clearer understanding of what our customers want from their products. We will also share this information with our suppliers so that they can develop their products.
The 10% discount excludes items which are in a sale or have a promotional gift.
All Reviews must be written via the main website alongside a product.
To write a review all you have to do is browse our website, find the product you wish to review, and click on “write a review for this product”. If you aren’t already registered with Freakfish you’ll be asked to do so before you can proceed.
Tips on writing your review.
Bare in mind others may not know what you know about the product so include as much detail as you canInclude pro’s & con’s as appropriate
Try to use plain simple words that everyone will understand
Small paragraphs are easy to read, sometimes bullet points help
Read your review when you’ve finished, remove any unnecessary waffle, and correct errors before submitting.
Submission of your review must be via the main website to claim the 10% discount.

There are not adequate superlatives to express how high the level of service I recieved was. I ordered a number of things including replacement rip curl watch strap (which had to be sourced) and the Northcore Single Overhead Soft Roof Rack System. I recieved my order the next day and was immediately informed of my order status. Adam went out of his way to respond to my emails (even when I was asking ridiculous questions!). To be honest, he could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend using the Freakfish website.

Great Job! I was having real problems finding the right rash guards on or offline until I came across FreakFish, great selection in all the right sizes. Order recieved promptly the next day. All set for the ocean this weekend…I’ll be back for more.

Excellent service. I needed a soft roof rack for the weekend and found one here. It was competitively priced and, what was even more important, was delivered to me in just 1 day – right in time for the trip.
I was receiving regular and timely updates on the order process and delivery, so I could go and chase our mail room on the package.

i ordered a ripcurl wetsuit.. i’m a newbie to the whole surfing world but freakfish has been super helpful. i ordered it from ireland and it was here within a day and a half. the wetsuit fit like a glove and i’ll definitely be back to order more… thanks freakfish

I ordered a RipCurl watch at a great price, the only site I could find the product which was in the UK aswell. It arrived the next morning. Great service with continual communication and use of the website.
Wish all eshops were on par with Freakfish.
