UK Deliveries & Charges
When completing the checkout you will be able to select from the following delivery services.
Delivery Options:
1. Orders under £50.00 | Express Delivery 1 - 2 working days = £1.99 2. Orders over £50.00 | Standard Delivery 3 - 5 working days = FREE 3. Express Delivery 1 - 2 working days = £1.99 4. Next Delivery (Order before 2pm) = £5.99, 5. Next Day Delivery for Saturday (Order before 2pm Friday) = £12.99 7. Next Day Delivery before 10am (Order before 2pm) = £14.99
UK Delivery Information
1. We use Royal Mail and DHL for the delivery of your goods. 2. Orders must be placed by 14:00pm for next day delivery. 3. Orders paid by bank transfer will be despatched once payment has cleared. 4. Some orders will require signature upon delivery. 5. Freakfish Surf Shop accepts no responsibility for loss when incorrect delivery details have been given by the customer. Please double check you have given the right delivery information. 6. In the rare event an order isn’t received by the customer and is lost in transit, we will require the customer to assist our claim for compensation from the courier. 7. Failure to assist us in a claim for loss or damage from the courier will result in the customer being charged for the full amount of the goods lost. 8. Orders returned to Freakfish by the carrier due a delivery not being completed due to none collection by the customer, will have a redelivery charge applied for the redelivery. 9. If the customer wishes to cancel an order after an aborted delivery we reserve the right charge a 10% restocking fee.
International Delivery & Charges How long will shipping take to an international destination? Delivery to any country within the EU will take around 2 – 5 days depending on geographical location to the UK. Delivery times to none EU countries maybe slightly longer at around 5 – 14 days.
EU International Delivery Information

EU Cancelation Rights
1. The customer has the right to cancel their order within 7 working days the day after receiving the goods. This can be done by contacting us in writing, via post, or email. 2. Once we have received your cancelation in writing we will issue a returns number. From the date we issue a returns number the customer then has a further 7 days to return the goods to us for a full refund. 3. If a free or promotional gift is supplied with the customers purchase and the order is cancelled, Freakfish Surf Shop requires the customer to return the gift unused. If the gift cannot be returned due to being used we have the right to charge the customer the full retail price for the gift. 5. We cannot offer refunds when gift vouchers are purchased and then shipped. 6. We cannot offer returns or refunds for products which we have ordered in from the manufacturer. 7. We cannot offer refunds on purchases made through EBay if the product is won through a bid auction. We will glady exchange items, or issue a credit note to the value of the goods.
EU Returns Policies 1. No return will be accepted without a returns number. The package will be returned to the sender if a valid returns number isn’t displayed on the package. Please contact us via email only for a returns number. Email info@freakfish.co.uk and quote your order number and we will issue you a returns number. 2. Items must be returned within 7 days from the date a returns number is issued. 3. We will gladly exchange any none Sale item after the 7 days return policy. Additional postage will be paid by the customer if free delivery was used in the initial purchase. 4. On occasions if a return is to be refunded after our 7 days returns policy we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10%. 5. Exchanges will incur a delivery charge if the free standard delivery has been opted for. 6. Items must still have their tags attached and include packaging. If the packaging is missing when returned we reserve the right to charge 10% of the value of the goods. 7. Goods which are soiled, dirty, smelling of smoke etc; will not be accepted, except if the item is faulty. 8. The customer is responsible for the carriage charges for any return, unless the goods are faulty. 9. For your own protection we advise you to return any items via an insured method of delivery which requires a signature. 10. Freakfish Surf Shop is not responsible for items which are not received and not insured adequately. 11. Upon receiving the returned item we will post any requested exchanges and process the refund within 48 hours. 12. International Delivery & Returns None EU
1. Delivery outside the UK will be paid in full by the customer 2. Freakfish Surf Shop will not be responsible for any customs or duty fees. 3. The customer must pay all banking charges for Bank Transfer orders outside the United Kingdom. (This does not apply to normal credit or debit card purchases) 2. Customers who wish to be refunded after depositing money into our account using the bank transfer option will be charged our banking costs to refund. Rip Curl Watch Straps 1. We cannot offer refunds or cancelations on orders for Rip Curl replacement watch straps once the order has been placed with Rip Curl. 2. If the customers has provided the wrong information is the order process for a watch strap we can not accept a return. Please make sure you have given us the right details!
